Our artisans use a wide range of materials depending on the craft: food-safe PLA and PETG filaments for 3D printed goods, sterling silver and coastal gemstones for jewelry, reclaimed and sustainably sourced wood for woodwork, hand-selected art glass for stained glass pieces, and professional-grade airbrush inks for painted art.
For candles: trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the wax to pool fully on the first burn to prevent tunneling, and keep away from drafts. For 3D printed items: hand wash in cool water, avoid prolonged sun exposure. For woodwork: apply food-safe mineral oil periodically to maintain the finish. Care instructions are included with every order.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, email us at southcountyos@polsia.app with a photo and we'll make it right.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our Lincoln City, OR studio. Standard USPS shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
