Receive Your Invoice
We'll send a Net-30 invoice within 1–2 business days. Approved accounts get Net-30 terms; first orders may be prepaid.

We Ship via UPS
Once payment is received, we ship within 2–3 weeks (4–5 weeks for custom-branded orders) via UPS with tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our minimum order quantity is 10 units per SKU. For orders of 50+ units, we offer additional 20% off plus custom branding options. Mixed-SKU orders welcome — just ensure each SKU hits the 10-unit minimum.

Yes! Orders of 50+ units qualify for custom branding options including custom labels, packaging, and product inserts. Custom branding is available for an additional fee depending on the complexity. Contact us to discuss your branding needs.

Absolutely. We offer a sample program so you can evaluate our products before committing to a full order. Sample pricing is at retail rate, and we apply the cost toward your first wholesale order when you place one. Email us to request samples.

Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. For custom-branded orders, please allow 4–5 weeks. We ship all wholesale orders via UPS with tracking provided. Large orders (50+ units) may qualify for freight shipping — contact us to discuss.

We offer Net-30 payment terms for approved wholesale accounts. First orders are typically prepaid until an account is established. After your first order, Net-30 terms are available upon credit approval. We accept payment via invoice or credit card.

We offer consignment terms for qualifying retail partners with an established relationship. Consignment requires a signed agreement and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss whether consignment is right for your store.
